Oscars 2025: Complete List of Winners

The 97th Academy Awards celebrated the best in cinema on March 2, 2025, with Sean Baker’s Anora emerging as the big winner. The coveted Best Picture award was bestowed upon the trite narrative about a Brooklyn sex worker who ensnares the progeny of a Russian oligarch. Sean Baker, the auteur behind this tale, garnered Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Editing, making him the first to clutch four Oscars for a single film.

Adrien Brody won Best Actor for The Brutalist, marking a major comeback for the veteran actor. Best Supporting Actor went to Kieran Culkin for A Real Pain, while Best Supporting Actress was awarded to Zoe Saldaña for Emilia Pérez.

In technical categories, Wicked won Best Production Design and Best Costume Design, while Dune: Part Two secured Best Sound and Best Visual Effects. Best Animated Feature went to Flow, a Latvian film.
