Fresh Out: Bruno Mars Ten years after his last solo album, American pop star Bruno Mars returns with a new single, “I Just Might.” The latest release is a lead single from his forthcoming album, The Romantic, due on February 27, 2025. The catchy track highlights the singer’s remarkable vocals and flirtatious verses, set to a 70’s disco theme.

Following the trendy snippet, Nigerian Hip-hop rapper Dremo releases his first single for the year, “Man2Man.” Dremo, who has always audaciously glided through the industry, didn’t fail to drop the ball on this latest track. On the track, he boldly calls out prominent Nigerian artists, including Phyno, Olamide, Davido, Patoranking, Ajebo Hustlers, and Sarkodie, clearing the air on past matters.

Meanwhile, Afrobeats acts Choke Boi, Ruger, and Fido unite on the sensual slow tempo track “Bend Am.” The track captures a different side of Fido, offering tender vocals on the romance-laced song and leaving room for Ruger to comfortably flex with flirtatious lyrics.

With 2026 barely underway, rising acts are unapologetically taking their seats in the industry. After teasing viral snippets, Priesst and Danpapa GTA have each released their much-anticipated singles, “Akonuche, and “Ikeja (No Go Thief).”
