Burna Boy, Asake & Kizz Daniel Nominated for the 2023 VGMAs
Nigerian music stars Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Asake, and Kizz Daniel have been nominated for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2023.

Nigerian music stars Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Asake, and Kizz Daniel have all been selected as nominees for the 24th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2023 which will be held on May 13th at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center (AICC).
Alongside the other superstars who were nominated is Omah Lay as he earned a nomination for “Best Collaboration” due to his contribution to King Promise’s “Ten Toes”. Mayorkun was also nominated for his verse on Camidoh’s “Sugarcane” remix.
The awards show was established to acknowledge and reward African great singers in various music genres such as highlife, Afropop and traditional music. It features the top five award categories which are the most anticipated by the public: New Artist, Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Most Popular Song of the Year and Artist of the Year.
