GRAMMY Award-nominated Nigerian musician FAVE is set to release her third EP, RNBLING, a genre-defying six-track project, on Wednesday, July 8.

The project, headlined by the already-released, infectious afropop love anthem ‘‘Dance’’, is further bolstered by two guest features: Chike joining on track 2, ‘‘Miss You,’’ an R&B cut, and Yemi Alade lending her voice to track 5, ‘‘Paparazzi,’’ a high-energy dancehall record.

RNBLING follows 2022’s Riddim 5 and 2024’s Dutty Love as FAVE’s third EP, and marks the first time she’s opening her project up to guest appearances. 

Throughout her career, which took off with her 2022 breakthrough, FAVE has built her artistry around emotional honesty, crafting songs that explore romance, heartbreak, and vulnerability. Her chart-topping breakout single ‘’Baby Riddim’’ earned her the Rookie of the Year award at The Headies, establishing her as one of Afrobeats’ brightest emerging stars. She also won the Songwriter of the Year award at the 2023 Headies for her efforts on Simi’s ‘‘Loyal’’.

Since then, she has expanded her catalogue through acclaimed collaborations with some of the genre’s biggest names, including Olamide and Davido. Her appearance on Davido’s ‘‘Kante,’’ from the Grammy-nominated album Timeless, earned her first GRAMMY Award nomination and further cemented her growing reputation on the global stage.

With RNBLING, FAVE looks set to continue that upward trajectory, blending Afropop, R&B and dancehall influences while showcasing the emotional songwriting that has become her trademark.
