Building on the success of its 2022 debut, EWL is poised to offer an even more impactful and enriching experience. Produced by Livespot360, a subsidiary of the Livespot Foundation, the event aims to attract 15,000 attendees, reach over 100 million people globally, and train over 1,000 aspiring entertainment professionals. “With EWL our goal has always been impact. With the second edition, we hope to be able to showcase African creativity, facilitate funding for entertainment tech startups, nurture and empower the next generation of entertainment professionals,” Deola Art Alade, co-founder/CEO, Livespot360, stated.

EWL serves as a transformative platform, offering an eight-day program packed with diverse activities. From stimulating panel sessions and keynotes to engaging workshops and masterclasses, the event provides a unique space for collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange.

This year, a particular focus will be on fostering global and local exchange, driving policy changes that empower the entertainment community, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. “
While the first edition was a success, we’re looking to take things a notch higher by enabling global and local exchange in the industry and push for policies that empower the entertainment community,” Art Alade explained.
