Johnnie Walker has joined forces with Nigerian fashion brand, This Is Us, to launch a limited edition capsule collection titled “Walk With Us.” This collaboration is part of Johnnie Walker’s “Walkers Mix” campaign, aimed at promoting Nigeria’s creative talents.

Staying true to its “Keep Walking” mantra, Johnnie Walker celebrates local talent by partnering with creative visionaries like Sarz, Anny Roberts, and now, This Is Us.

This Is Us, founded by Oroma and Osione Itegboje, is renowned for its commitment to sustainable fashion. The brand uses local materials and craftsmanship to create high-quality products that highlight Nigerian culture on the global stage. The “Walk With Us” collection honors Nigeria’s dreamers and doers who, like Oroma and Osione, are taking bold steps to shape their futures.

The 10-piece collection is crafted from local Funtua cotton and hand-dyed at the historic Kofar Mata Dye pits in Kano. It features an array of fashion and accessories in “This Is Us” signature indigo and relaxed workwear style.

Key pieces include a work jacket, a pleated skirt, and loose cropped shirts, all adorned with the brand’s distinctive checker-box print and a custom “blue-black” shade of indigo.

This collaboration delivers a powerful message to the creative community: “DON’T STOP, KEEP WALKING,” offering both timely fashion memorabilia and timeless cultural symbols.
