BBNaija No Loose Guard kicked off on Sunday, July 26, 2024, with a total of 28 housemates. The contestants walked into the house in pairs but down the line dissolved into individuals. After nine weeks of several evictions, Kellyrae, Sooj, Anita, Nelly, Onyeka, Ozee, Victoria and Wanni emerged as finalists. 

Despite complaints about the show being less engaging compared to other seasons, there were still some jaw-dropping moments. From love entanglements to broken pairs, fights and stern allegations, the No Loose Guard season was faced with one chaos or the other.

Here are the most controversial moments on BBNaija No Loose Guard:

• Dami vs the entire house

Less than 48 hours into the start of the show, Dami had landed an altercation with a good majority of the house. The squabble began with how she had spoken to the housemates, who had felt she was rather rude. This incident is said to be what led to them being nominated for eviction in the first week.

• Wanni x Handi vs Ruthee

It seems this was all Ebuka, because a question during the second week’s eviction show sparked the unending rumble between Wanni x Handi and Ruthee. The twin girls, who eventually held the custodian power, were perceived by Ruthee to be a threat to her. Things eventually led to a fight, which had some intense allegations about the twin girls.

•  Mystery Big Brother Baby

At some point, Chinwe was missing something but looking at how she came back I guess she found what she was looking for. So, unfortunately, no big brother baby.

• Age Controversy with Topher and Anita

Is age really just a number? There is a saying that women never reveal their age but this season a man did.

Anita made it clear at the start of the season that she had no interest in dating someone younger than her. Eventually, she and Topher became an item but Topher’s age became a major dilemma. It went from 29 to 26 and now 24. Let’s see what Anita’s reaction will be when she comes out.

• Wanni vs Handi’s accusation against Ben 

Prior to Ben’s exit from the house, someone alleged that he had touched Handi while she was bathing. Handi and Wanni had insisted that Biggie played the camera recordings to prove their claim, but he never responded to those requests. Ben has since come out of the house and made promises to take legal action, while Handi has stayed strong on her allegations.

• Onyeka vs Kassia and Victoria

Onyeka and Victoria have had the ultimate love triangle with Ozee in the mix. However, the parrot’s revelations about Kassia and Onyeka’s conversation brewed an altercation between Onyeka vs Kassia and Victoria. Kassia eventually called Onyeka out for not being a good sister to Chizoba and a friend to Wanni x Handi.

• Chinwe, Dami and Ruthee mercy-less return

Mid-way through the ninth week three previously evicted housemates returned into the house as one of Biggies tricks. Dami, Chinwe and Ruthee who now have the DCR tag name, made a dramatic and chaos-filled comeback into the house. Minutes into their return, Nelly and Chinwe were at each other’s throats. 

The most controversial of all was the chaotic and dramatic fight DCR (Dami, Chinwe and Ruthee) had on Saturday night with Ozee, Ocee, Onyeka and Wanni. Although the fights did get some of the highest social media conversations this season, it stirred up some discomfort, due to weighty and stirring allegations and shades thrown.
