Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemates Big Soso, Ivatar and Doris have become the latest contestants to leave the “10/10” house. The trio were evicted during the live eviction show on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Ahead of the triple eviction night, 19 housemates had been nominated for possible eviction. However, only three were ultimately sent packing based on fans’ votes.

Big Soso was the first to exit after host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced her eviction just minutes into the show. One of her most memorable moments came when she confronted Dede for “toying” with three male housemates — Jason Jae, Koyin and Kola — who had each been close to Dede at different times.

Ivatar followed as the second housemate to be evicted during the Week 7 eviction show. Her most notable moment in the game occurred during last Sunday’s show when she engaged in a heated confrontation with Mensan that lasted almost the entire programme. At one point, Ebuka even encouraged the housemates to continue their exchange.

While the exits of Ivatar and Big Soso were not entirely unexpected, many fans expressed shock at Doris’s eviction.

Some viewers saw Doris, an actress, as being more active than a few of the housemates who survived eviction. Even fellow contestants Kola and Joanna admitted after the show that they were caught off guard by her departure. But the shock wasn’t limited to observers as Doris herself told Ebuka on stage that her eviction shocked her.

During her time in the house, Doris had been in a “ship” with fellow housemate Denari, who survived Sunday’s triple eviction.

With three more contestants leaving the house, 19 housemates remain in the competition out of 29 who began the contest for the ₦150 million grand prize. The show, which runs for ten weeks, is now in its seventh week.
