Every year, new trailblazers emerge, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fields ranging from social activism to business and entertainment. The Future Awards Africa is a platform that consistently celebrates the remarkable achievements of these young Africans who are shaping the future through their dedication to social good, social enterprise, and creativity.

The 17th edition of this event, which took place on October 22, 2023, at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, was hosted by Vee Iye and James Gardiner. Twenty-five (25) winners were announced, representing the best and brightest from across Africa.

Among these winners include the Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci who took home the Prize for Young Person of The Year; Tobi Bakre, who clinched the Prize for Acting; Asake who won the Prize for Music and many others.
