Unbeaten Rivers Hoopers set for Second BAL Campaign
Rivers Hoopers were crowned champions of the 2023 NPBL with an unbeaten run after they defeated Nigeria Customs 77-57.

With an emphatic win that solidified their title as the “Unbeaten Kings of Nigerian Basketball,” the Rivers Hoopers booked their place in the 2024 Basketball Africa League (BAL).
The KingsMen have their sights set on winning the top club basketball league on the continent after going undefeated in the 2023 Nigeria Premier Basketball League.

They will face titans of African basketball, including Al Ahly of Egypt, Petro of Angola, APR of Rwanda, AS Dounes of Senegal, US Monastir of Tunisia, Bangui of the Central African Republic, FUS Rabat of Morocco, Al Ahly Benghazi of Libya, Cape Town Tigers of South Africa, City Oilers of Uganda, and Dynamo of Burundi.
