Abi, Araga Out Of BBNaija S11 As Bells and Flora Trade Barbs

Abi and Araga are the latest housemates of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 11 to be evicted from the “Show Ya Sef” house. Both housemates got their eviction notices during the live show on Sunday, September 13, 2026, marking the end of their journey in the quest for the ₦160 million grand prize.

Abi was the first to leave the house on Sunday night, while Araga soon followed. Abi scored the lowest vote percentage among the 13 nominated housemates, with only 2.63 per cent. Araga received 4.83 per cent, just behind Bluethopia, who narrowly escaped eviction with 5.40 per cent.

Abi leaves the house as one of its strongest performers in games, having won the Head of House (HoH) title twice; first in Week 4 and again in Week 6. Her early weeks in the house were marked by visible vulnerability and tears. But by her second HoH reign, she had grown steadier and firmer, leaning on a tight circle that included Bells, Bluethopia, Sheba and Temi Nkem.

Araga’s eviction came exactly two weeks after his on-and-off love interest, Goddessa, was voted out of the house. Their relationship dominated his storyline for much of the season, tracing back to as early as Day 6, when the pair spent time discussing love interests in the house. Goddessa had encouraged him to “pursue” whoever he was interested in, without naming names, only for Araga to tell her directly: “It’s you I want.” That connection would go on to become one of the season’s central storylines. After another fight and Goddessa’s eviction, Araga admitted that had she remained in the house, she would have found him completely detached from their relationship.

Beyond the two evictions, the night’s most heated moment came when host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu turned to Bells, asking why she had so much to say behind Flora and Oyin’s backs, and whether she had ever said those things to their faces. Bells said she’d heard that the pair had been calling her “corny” behind her back. She added that she did not particularly care what Oyin thought of her, but she was disappointed in Flora, someone she considered a friend, because Flora should have come to her directly if she had an issue rather than going behind her back. Bells called both of them hypocritical and accused them of bullying her and other housemates.

Flora fired back later in the show, accusing Bells of doing the exact same thing; going to other housemates to “collect gists” to report to her and Oyin. “We be hypocrite but you no be hypocrite,” Flora said, turning the accusation back on Bells. The exchange quickly escalated into a shouting match between the two former friends, one that only came to an end when Ebuka returned to the live broadcast.
