Tems Brings Justin Bieber and Wizkid to Coachella, Teases New Music
Tems treated the crowd to a brand new song from the project, titled “Love Me Jeje.”

Coachella’s first weekend wrapped up this past Sunday at the Southern California Desert, leaving festival-goers with a mix of excitement and critique. There was a noticeable change in the Coachella crowd, with a younger demographic favoring pop over the usual genre variety.
However, Nigerian artist Temsshone on the Coachella stage. Her appearance in the festival was a career-defining moment and she handled it really well. The singer surprised the audience after she brought onstage global superstar, Justin Bieber, and Wizkid during her Sunday night set for a rendition of their hit collaboration “Essence.”
This marked Bieber’s long-awaited return to Coachella, following guest appearances with Ariana Grande in 2019 and Daniel Caesar in 2022 for their smash “Peaches.” After revealing a Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis in June 2022, which caused facial paralysis, Bieber kept a lower profile. However, his performance on the Coachella stage was pretty good.
Besides “Essence,” Tems delivered performances of “Crazy Tings,” “Avoid Things,” “Replay,” “Me & U,” and “Free Mind.” Another exciting announcement came during her set — the completion of her highly anticipated debut album. Tems even treated the crowd to a brand new song from the project, titled “Love Me Jeje.”
