The ‘Lungu Boy’ tour is set to cover six US cities during which he will be headlining remarkable venues including the Toyota Centre in Houston, State Farm Arena in Atlanta, and the Madison Square Garden in New York.

The tour is riding the wave of his third studio album, Lungu Boy, a project that has redefined expectations for Afrobeats with an all-star lineup including Wizkid, Travis Scott, Stormzy, Central Cee, and Ludmilla. The album shattered Spotify Nigeria’s record for the biggest opening week, amassing a staggering 18.9 million streams, eclipsing Davido’s previous record.

Asake’s dominance is further cemented by being the only artist with two albums in the platform’s top 10, with
Work Of Art also making a strong showing.

Asake’s ‘Lungu Boy’ tour is poised to be one of the biggest music events of the year. With the success of the Washington DC show, expectations are high for the remaining dates.
