Last Friday, May 17th, 2024, at the Alliance Francaise Hotel in Lekki, Lagos, aspiring filmmakers in Lagos got a chance to impress the big leagues at the Shoot Edit Repeat (SER) Portfolio Review, an initiative led by Dada Temitope (Oluwadabest), a filmmaker passionate about the scene. This exciting event provided a platform for aspiring directors, editors, and creatives to showcase their work and gain valuable insights from established industry professionals.

The event curated a full lineup of facilitators, a who’s who of contemporary filmmaking which included Director K, Dammy Twitch, Timmy Davies, Blessing Uzi, Director Pink, Afolabi Olelekan, Adeola Fadola, Ayomide Adeleke, Ademola Falomo, King Ebuka, and Oye Joseph. These facilitators brought a wealth of experience, having worked on major projects across commercials, music videos and feature films.
