Three of Africa’s hottest stars, Tems, Spinall, and Tyla, have been confirmed for the 2024 Coachella lineup.

They will join a diverse lineup stretched over six days and headlined by Lana Del Rey, Tyler, The Creator, and Doja Cat with other performances from J Balvin, Lil Uzi Vert, Skepta, Peso Pluma, Coi Leray, Victoria Monét,  Ice Spice, Lil Yachty, DJ Snake, and many more.

Since 2019, Coachella has witnessed a steady rise in the inclusion of African artists, beginning with Burna Boy. Subsequent years saw the performance of the Grammy-nominated Seun Kuti and his Egypt 80 Band. CKay’s set in 2022 and Burna Boy’s return as a lead supporting act in 2023 added to this burgeoning legacy.

The festival, which is North America’s largest, has become a must-attend event for music lovers, with its incredible lineup and exciting atmosphere. Coachella 2024 will be held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, from April 12-14 and April 19-21.

While all 125,000 day tickets are already sold out, three-day passes will be available during the upcoming general pre-sale starting on Friday at 11 am PT.
