Paris Fashion Week is in full swing, and Louis Vuitton’s highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2025 show did not disappoint. This marks the second year that music mogul and fashion icon Pharrell Williams has curated the brand’s ready-to-wear collection and its launch event.

The UNESCO headquarters provided a great setting, with a turf runway nestled within its courtyard. Drawing inspiration from a globalist travel theme, a sea of international flags adorned the backdrop, perfectly reflecting Pharrell’s vision of a “Convention of LVers”.

Similar to last year’s show, a live orchestra and choir added a touch of grandeur to the presentation, further enhanced by carefully curated music choices. The show closed out with “Falling” by Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold — a Pharrell-produced track from his 2023 album.

Leading African music acts like Burna Boy, Tems, Rema, Mr Eazi, Wizkid were spotted at the show looking dapper. Nigerian-American rapper Tobe Nwigwe — known for his conscious lyrics and sharp style — also arrived alongside his mother, both clad in head-turning Louis Vuitton ensembles.

Joining them were the Belgian-Congolese artist Baloji, British-Ghanaian rapper Stormzy, Ivorian football veteran Didier Drogba, eSwatini DJ, Uncle Waffles, and actor Omar Sy.
