Young Jonn links up with Olamide on a new track  titled “Currency”. The song’s opening beats are energetic and percussive, matching his steady and somewhat soothing vocal. Olamide’s rhythmic flow over the tune settles in easily to create an appealing sound. 

Young Jonn’s transition to singing from full-time music production is one that has sparked positive reactions from the public, making him even more endearing. In the past year, he dropped jams upon jams and now, in 2023, this new single “Currency” has all the potential to be a hit. However, what makes “Currency” a lot more exciting is Young Jonn’s vocal collaboration with Olamide, the renowned rapper and YBNL boss who he has helped produce some remarkable songs for.
