With two weeks left until the end of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 11, only ten housemates remain in the house after a triple eviction that saw Yusuf, Bells and Chimsom Chuka exit the Show Ya Sef house.

The trio were evicted during the weekly live eviction show on Sunday, September 20, 2026. The first eviction of the night came very early on, before many viewers had even tuned in, with host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announcing Yusuf as the first housemate to leave.

Bells followed soon after, while Chimsom got the third and final eviction notice of the night.

Although Bells was the second housemate to be evicted, she actually scored the lowest votes of the 11 housemates up for eviction, with 6.57 per cent. Yusuf, her love interest in the house, scored 6.77 per cent, while Chimsom received 6.90 per cent. Tram, who remains in the running for the ₦160 million grand prize, narrowly escaped the axe, coming fourth from the bottom with 7.66 per cent.

In the house, Yusuf and Bells were best known for their on-again, off-again relationship, which included several fights and under-the-sheets activities. Their eviction came exactly four weeks after Yusuf, despite Bells’ repeated denials at the time, confirmed under questioning from Ebuka that the two had had sex in the house: “Ebuka, it [sex] has happened,” he said, adding that, “[It happened] very recently.” The unwanted confirmation, on Bells’ part, put a strain on their relationship for a few days before it rebounded. 

Both housemates clashed heatedly with other housemates, including a joint fight against evicted housemate Sultex, who threatened Yusuf with physical violence — an episode that led Big Brother to place him on Behaviour Probation with a Final Warning shortly before his own eviction on August 23. 

Chimsom, on the other hand, exited the house after leaving his mark with two Head of House (HoH) wins, including being the season’s first-ever HoH. Although he ruffled feathers in his first week with the reign, he soon found his footing in the house and settled into his fun side.

The two-time HoH was also known for pursuing Bluethopia romantically, though that pursuit hardly bore fruit. That interest turned into a love triangle on Sunday night, shortly before Chimsom’s eviction, when fellow housemate Keivo confessed that he, too, was pursuing Bluethopia because he liked her. Asked how she felt about being caught between both men, she replied: “May the best man win.”

Next Sunday, September 27, is expected to bring more evictions ahead of the October 4 finale, as the exclusive list of housemates competing for the grand prize continues to take shape. Barry, who earned the Ultimate Veto Power after winning the HoH challenge last Monday, September 14, is the only confirmed finalist of BBNaija Season 11.
