Zlatan links up with Seyi Vibez, the current hottest Afrobeats phenomenon, for his first single of the year titled “Let There Be Light“. Before its release, the rapper shared the snippet of the song in a video which he posted on Instagram. “Let there be Light” is a rhythmic anthem laced with infectious melodies that are complemented by Seyi Vibez’s catchy punchlines. The song speaks a familiar message on the advantages of being successful and its mood resonates with the self-confidence that both singers strive to project.
Zlatan drops this single alongside a visualizer which displays both artists vibing in line with the theme of the song. From sitting atop a flashy vehicle while delivering his verse which entails giving those that doubt him an assignment to find “x or y”, Seyi Vibez presents an image of a person who is unbothered by all backtalk that he’s been getting.
“Let there be Light” is sure to be a definite favourite on playlists and dance floors across the country and the diaspora.
