Grammy-nominated Nigerian superstar Davido has released the official video for “Tell Everybody,” featuring American musician Leon Thomas.
The song is the ninth track on Davido’s 13-track seventh studio album, Oriadé, released in late July.
On “Tell Everybody,” Davido and Leon Thomas lean into the song’s romantic core, trading smooth melodies about a love so important that it cannot be kept private.
The video follows that same uncomplicated approach. Shot entirely inside a grand building, it opens with Davido walking down a hallway before moving through a series of understated scenes centred on the two artists, dancers, and choreographed performances.
With little emphasis on a storyline, the video keeps things simple, letting the song’s affectionate mood and the chemistry between the two artists do most of the work.
