Marie-Josee Ta Lou, Africa’s fastest woman in history, has officially tied the knot with her Trinidadian fiancé, J Smith, in a lavish civil wedding held in Ivory Coast. The Ivorian track queen shared enchanting pictures from the ceremony on her social media, joyfully announcing her new status as Mrs. Smith.

The civil wedding follows a traditional marriage held on November 16th, with Ta Lou unveiling the beautiful photos a few days later.
